A limited number of Viaduct Hotel collectible are still available for $25 each. The second in the series of collectible cutouts of local historic sites is the Thomas Viaduct for $20 each. Reserve yours today with your membership dues. Prepaid orders may be picked up at the Feb.10 meeting. Hotels and Viaducts may also be purchased at Gina’s Flowers or by contacting Doreen DeSa

 

Please pay your dues for 2003 promptly

RESOLVED: Effective for rentals of the Town Hall after the May 2003 general meeting of the Association, the member rental rates shall be available only to Association members who paid their annual dues on or before the date of the Association’s May general meeting that immediately precedes the date(s) of the rental, except in the case of:

·         a resident who has lived in the community less than one (1) year prior to the date of the rental; and

·         a resident who has been a member of the Association in good standing for five (5) consecutive years, but for whatever reason has not paid their dues for the current year.

For purposes of this resolution, dues paid on or before the May general meeting of the Association result in the member being in good standing until the next May general meeting of the Association.

 

The Resolution was seconded and duly adopted by a vote of 14-2-1 at the September 9,2002 general meeting.
